A Bold Progressive Leader

Thank you for visiting my website. Voters don’t often have an opportunity to see a campaign that talks about the real concerns of local families, but I believe that is exactly what we need today.

I’m running for State Senate because we deserve a strong progressive leader. I’ve lived by progressive values my whole life—investing in our schools and communities, protecting a woman’s right to choose and marriage rights for all; and bringing honesty and integrity to state government.

That’s why I’ve received support from across the district and the state from so many liberal organizations and progressive leaders. I’ve proven I won’t back down when it comes to our values by fighting an extended legal battle to return my husband home from Brazil after we were separated due to discriminatory laws.

If you want a State Senator who will always stand up for our progressive values, prioritize reinvesting in our communities and families and fight to make big corporations and the very wealthy pay their fair share, then I need your vote on Thursday, September 6th in the Democratic Primary.
